💡 Why track water intake?
Proper hydration supports focus, energy levels and metabolism. Many people unknowingly drink too little, because thirst doesn't always reflect real fluid needs.
Common rule of thumb: about 30-35 ml per kilogram of body weight per day.
Activity and heat increase needs — exercise and hot weather raise fluid requirements.
Coffee and tea contribute partially to hydration, but this tracker is intentionally kept simple — log them with a custom amount if you want to include them.
